Client Testimonials:
I am so happy that I found Eileen and Peggi of Happy Tails To You. Their closeness to Heritage Hills makes scheduling visits very easy. And they are so flexible with my constantly changing schedule. I could tell when I first met them how much they love dogs and I know that my baby is treated like one of their own. In addition, my dog is getting on in years and has some special medical issues, besides being blind and deaf. But this is no problem whatsoever for Eileen and Peggi. They handle my Abby's handicaps and medical needs as if they were specially trained to do so. I recommend them without reservation.

Note: Sweet Abby passed away in March '09. It was a very sad time for both Rich and myself. I am so pleased that Rich is now thinking of adopting another rescue Cocker Spaniel. No one could ever take the place of Abby, but we both feel she would be very happy for Rich. He would be giving a rescue dog a "forever" home. Will keep you updated.

As commuters, my wife and I were very concerned about making sure our dog, who can be a handful as he is a powerful guy on the leash, got proper care and attention. Eileen and Peggi have removed that concern from our minds- they are true animal lovers who stress safety, discipline and dependability, all at extremely reasonable rates. They are right around the corner from Heritage Hills, and have been invaluable not just for regular walks, but for situations like late-nights at work and other schedule problems that can spring up from time to time for the average family. They truly care about our dog, and have always shown the utmost respect and responsibility for their charge. We love our service and are very happy we have found affordable, reliable, professional people with which we can entrust our doggie with the utmost confidence.

I am so grateful to have met Eileen and Peggi. We were nervous to leave Maggie when we left on vacation and they quickly eased our concerns. After and meeting them, I knew she would be well loved and cared for while we were away. Their operation is highly professional and they go far above and beyond the call of duty to care for Maggie and the other dogs. Their approach to the dog sitting service is fabulous. In fact, I hate to admit it – but I really never felt like Maggie was missing us. I knew she was being well cared for and loved – and it made our trip even that much more enjoyable. In fact, if Maggie could talk…I get the feeling she’s wondering where her new friends have gone since we came back!
We are already booked for future visits – because I know that their availability is going to get increasingly limited once the word spreads!

When I took my diabetic cat to my vet, I asked him if he knew of anyone in the Heritage Hills area that would cat sit! He handled me the business card for Happy Tails to You and I called immediately, as I was soon going out of town. Eileen and Peggi came to meet me and my cats (two) before my trip and I immediately knew that I was leaving my pets in not just good, but great hands.
They were so kind and caring and my cats took to them right away. I was in touch with Eileen by e-mail and phone and on my return, I found a daily report of their care. And I think Ricky and Reilly made a cat lover out of Eileen!! Ricky needs insulin twice daily and Eileen was an expert at that. She said she spent a lot of time snuggling with them and getting to know them.
I have had several occasions to go out of town since then and have even called Happy Tails to You last minute for an overnight trip I needed to take. They were able and willing. I feel so fortunate to have found them and have spread the word to my cat and dog owner friends. And they even bring in the paper and the mail!!

We are so happy to have met Eileen and Peggi and very appreciative of their dedication and commitment to taking care of our cat while we were away. We were concerned about leaving our 13 year old cat, Pasha, for an extended period of time while on a recent vacation especially since we had never done so in the past. Upon meeting Eileen and Peggi we immediately felt that we were leaving our cat in the best of hands. In addition to the routine care, she was well loved and cared for while we were away. Pasha is a very social cat and requires extra attention. Eileen and Peggi went above and beyond to make sure that she was well taken care of and provided the attention that she so craved during our absence including an unscheduled visit when they were concerned that we might be arriving home late on the day of our scheduled return.
"Happy Tails to You" is a highly professional organization. Not only was our cat well-taken care of but our home was watched over as if it were their own. Attention to detail was incredible and better than we could have done ourselves! They have gone far above and beyond the call of duty in the care of our cat as well as our home. We would highly recommend "Happy Tails to You" to anyone who has need of pet-sitting services.

Our family was meant to meet Eileen and Peggi, (or "Aunt" Eileen and "Aunt" Peggi, as we call them at home). I was so reluctant about leaving our dog, Bam Bam alone all day this Summer, while I worked. He would be alone for 9 hours, and I was in a panic. Then, I was introduced to Eileen and Peggi--and they eased my nerves immediately.
They promised to take wonderful care of Bam Bam--(and his two brother cats, Fred & Barney). They certainly kept their promise, AND MORE! When I got home at the end of the day, Bam Bam was happy, and it was so evident how he was so well taken care of. I looked forward to their daily updates, and loved hearing how Bam Bam loved them more everyday!
I would leave my house in the morning knowing that Bam Bam would be in great hands. They are the greatest! Anyone would be lucky to have them care for their pet family.

Hi Eileen,
Thank you so much for the outstanding job you & Peggi did with the Leuschner animal menagerie.
We came home Friday afternoon and the animals, while well fed and well kept, seemed disappointed to see us and not you.
Fred and Andy were in good spirits and were very happy. I apologize that you had such a challenging time with Andy, that's an old dog for you.
You went above and beyond by bringing your hubby in to help carry him. WE just adopted Andy in July 2008 so we had not seen how he would react to the snow and ice. Fred loves the snow, Andy is comfortable inside by the fire.
We are blessed to have you come over.
Till we meet again...

I just want to let you know that this letter can be used on your web site.
I was lucky enough to see Eileen's car one day at CVS. I never knew how lucky I was until my daughter and I met Peggy and Eileen. My daughter and son in law were leaving their precious new puppy in my care while they went away for a week. Since I work I knew we would need someone to walk and play with Logan at least 2x a day. My daughter and I were so nervous about having a stranger take care of Logan that we interviewed people for a week. Once we met Eileen and Peggy our fears were eliminated. They were never strangers, they became our friends very fast. Logan loved them both and the love and caring comes thru when you meet them and see how they played with Logan. They cared for Logan as if he was theirs. The little notes that they left at the end of the walks made me feel so good when I came home. They truly are amazing people. If you ever need someone to care and love your dog when you can't be there-----just call Peggy and Eileen, your dog will love them as ours did.

We are so grateful to have found Eileen and Peggy. As new members of the community, Eileen and Peggy been instrumental in making it feel like home. As soon as we met them and they got on the floor to play with Barley, we could tell how nurturing and loving they both are. When they care for Barley, we know that every need and detail of his complicated medical history is being considered. We look forward to their visits because we know how much Barley loves them. That was recently evident when we were walking him and he heard Eileen's voice. Before even seeing her he started jumping and pulling in her direction and delivered one of the most exuberant greetings we have ever seen! It is so comforting to know that when Eileen and Peggy are visiting Barley, his well being and happiness is their number one priority and he is being cared for as if he is their own.

We feel so lucky to have found Peggi and Eileen to take care of our dog Max when we are out of town. We spend a lot of weekends in Long Island where our friends and family are and unfortunately cannot always take Max with us.
The relationship they have formed with our dog and the trust they have built with us is one we wouldn't trade in for the world. We feel so comfortable and guilt-free leaving max behind at home, knowing he will get the attention and love he needs from "Aunt Peggi" and "Aunt Eileen".
They are always so accomodating and professtional and we can't imagine what we would do without them in our lives!

Last year I started to work in White Plains, a real commute -- at first I was in a panic about taking care of Rocky - No way he was going all day without some walk/play break! I had been fortunate enough to work locally & walk him myself up to that point, so needless to say, he is a spoiled brat! As luck would have it, I had already met Eileen, who was then just starting up with Happy Tails To You…I made arrangements for a daily visit and walk with Rocky. I was so relieved - and I love it!! Not only do I have real peace of mind when I go off to work, but I get a little report card every day, & when I get home from work, I swear Rocky looks like he’s got a secret (he thinks I don't know someone came to play with him)! Eileen & Peggi are true animal lovers, and beyond that, they are totally professional and reliable – they run a great business, and I love that they’re close to Heritage Hills; I have had emergencies where I needed an extra walk, or a pick-up from the vet, and as usual, I found I could count on them 100% to take care of Rocky with lots of love & attention.

My Little Man, as I refer to him and also his “Aunt” Eileen, was always a concern of mine working far from home and working long hours…..but I worry no longer. Eileen and Peggi have become part of our little family as well as Duffy’s second mothers! I have always had issues with allowing anyone to be in my home when I am not there, however, I feel very comfortable having them come in, feed Duffy and take him for his walks or sometimes he likes to go for a ride…..I had a situation one day when I missed a flight home, I called Eileen she went up late to make sure Duffy was walked prior to my arrival home…..they are the BEST!!!!
